Orders or transactions can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For digital products or services, cancellations are only accepted if the service has not yet been activated, scheduled, or delivered.
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment due to technical error.
Payment made but service/product cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances.
Valid cancellation request raised before processing/shipping.
Refund requests must be submitted by email to jainsurkshatrust@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of payment, along with payment proof (transaction ID, payment receipt, etc.).
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (same ICICI Bank account, card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 working days.
Refund amount may be subject to deduction of applicable transaction charges, if any.
No refunds will be issued in cases where:
The request is made after the product/service has been delivered or activated.
The reason for refund does not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
Customized, personalized, or specially ordered items are non-refundable.
